NOHA Announces Interim Operations Committee to Ensure Continued Player Development

NORTH BAY, ON—The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) is pleased to announce that the Porcupine Minor Hockey Association (PMHA), the Timmins Minor Hockey Association (TMHA), and the Timmins Rock have agreed to jointly oversee the operation of the U15 AAA and U18 AAA programs in the City of Timmins. This arrangement will remain in effect indefinitely as the organizations work together to ensure uninterrupted high-performance programming for players and families in the region.

Both the U15 AAA and U18 AAA programs will compete under the name Timmins Jr. Rock. Stephen Surcon, a High Performance 1 certified coach, will serve as Head Coach of the Timmins Jr. Rock U18 AAA team. Surcon has previously led the U15 AAA Team in the City of Timmins.

The U15 AAA Head Coach will be announced in the coming weeks.
