NORTH BAY, ON – The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) is pleased to announce Elliott Richardson as an Associate Coach of U14 Team NOHA as the team prepares for the 2026 U14 OHL Cup.

Born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Richardson has deep roots in Northern Ontario hockey. Having played his minor hockey within the NOHA, he went on to be selected 87th overall by the Sudbury Wolves in the 2007 OHL Priority Selection.

Richardson's connection to Team NOHA goes back to 2006, when he represented Northern Ontario as a defenceman at the U15 OHL Cup. Now, he will have the opportunity to return to that same stage in a new role, representing the NOHA as a coach.

Currently serving as Head Coach of the Sudbury Wolves U15 AAA program, Richardson is passionate about developing young hockey players throughout Northern Ontario. His experience and understanding of the region's hockey community will be valuable as he works with this talented group of athletes.

Richardson is looking forward to helping prepare the team for the 2026 U14 OHL Cup and is excited to once again represent the NOHA on one of the biggest stages in minor hockey.

The NOHA is proud to welcome Elliott Richardson to the U14 Team NOHA coaching staff and looks forward to having him share his experience, knowledge and passion for the game with the next generation of Northern Ontario hockey players.
