NOHA Spring Tryout Dates 24-25 Season

The Spring Tryout Dates for the 2024-2025 season can be found below:
Associations must host a minimum of four (4) skill sessions to all Players. Players are not required to attend the preparation skates; attendance does not impact eligibility to attend Player Evaluations.
All Players must have at least three (3) on-ice Evaluations prior to being released.
The NOHA is exempt from Spring Player Evaluations. If an Association does not have the ice availability to host Evaluations in April, they can host in the Fall. If Evaluations are not completed within the timelines above, they must be hosted in the Fall.
U11 Spring Player Evaluation Seasonal Calendar
Preparation Phase: May start on March 2, 2024 – must end by April 19, 2024.
Player Evaluations: Note that the NOHA does not have AAA at U10 and U11 and therefore Evaluations within the NOHA can begin on April 20, 2024, if desired. Otherwise, Associations can follow the dates contained in the OHF Seasonal Calendar document.
U13 Spring Player Evaluation Seasonal Calendar
Preparation Phase: May start on March 2, 2024 – must end by April 19, 2024.
U15 and U18 Spring Player Evaluation Seasonal Calendar
Preparation Phase: May start on March 2, 2024 – must end by April 21, 2024.

Hockey Canada has provided on-ice practice plans to support Associations in facilitating the Preparation Phase and Player Evaluations.
