“Being selected for an opportunity like the Alliance Face Off Showcase is something these players should be proud of. It reflects the hard work, commitment, and passion they bring to the game, along with the support they receive from their families, coaches, and local hockey associations.
Northern Ontario has a strong hockey tradition, and opportunities like this allow our players to challenge themselves, learn from others, and continue growing both on and off the ice. Success in hockey is about more than talent — it’s about work ethic, resilience, being a great teammate, and having the willingness to keep improving every day.
We’re proud to see these athletes take this next step, and we wish them all the best at the showcase.”
said Jacob Brown, Director of Hockey Operations, Northern Ontario Hockey Association
Representing Northern Ontario with Pride
The NOHA recognizes that every player’s development is supported by a wider hockey community. From volunteer coaches and association staff to teammates and families, it takes a collective effort to help young athletes reach these milestones.
The Alliance Face off is another opportunity for Northern Ontario players to demonstrate their abilities, build confidence, and represent their home communities with pride.
Congratulations to all 36 selected players! The NOHA wishes Team Red and Team Black the very best at the Alliance Face Off, and we look forward to following their progress throughout the event.
