An Evening with NHL Coach of the Year Ted Nolan


The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) is proud to announce that former OHL (Soo Greyhounds) and NHL (Buffalo Sabres) Coach of the Year, Ted Nolan, will join our Members to host a virtual speaking session on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.


Nolan, who hails from Garden River First Nation and grew up playing hockey in Sault Ste. Marie, will focus his presentation on Embracing Diversity and Learning the Cultures of Others as well as Keeping Athletes Inspired. His speech will be followed by a question-and-answer period.


Ted, whose sons Brandon and Jordan have both had successful professional hockey careers of their own, will touch on his experiences growing up in Northern Ontario, as well as his extensive playing and coaching experience at all levels during the evening’s presentation.


The 60-minute session is FREE to all NOHA Members, including Association Executive Members, Team Volunteers, Officials, and Players/Parents. Individuals can register HERE.
