The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) is pleased to announce that NHL Coach of the Year Ted Nolan will serve as the keynote speaker at the 2026 NOHA Awards Dinner, taking place on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Quattro Hotel in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

The evening will bring volunteers from across Northern Ontario to celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals who have made a lasting impact on the game in our region.

Ted Nolan is one of hockey's most respected and recognizable figures. A proud Northern Ontario product from nearby Garden River First Nation, Nolan went on to earn the Jack Adams Award as the NHL's Coach of the Year in 1997 and has spent decades giving back to the game and to Indigenous communities across Canada. His story of perseverance, leadership, and love for hockey makes him an ideal voice for an evening dedicated to honouring the best our sport has to offer.

"We are truly honoured to have Ted join us for this special evening," said NOHA Executive Director Jason Marchand. "He is someone who embodies everything we celebrate in this game -- hard work, community, and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of players. This will be an unforgettable night for everyone in the room."

Tickets are $50.00 per person and include a buffet dinner and two drink tickets. The ticket deadline is June 2, 2026. Seating is limited, and early purchase is encouraged.
