OHF Bulletin 23-021 - Amendment: Playing Regulation G4(i) for 2023-2024 Season
Due to a miscommunication externally, the wording of Playing Regulation G4(i) has been amended with conditional approval by the OHF Board of Directors.:
The 2023-2024 season, G4(i) the maximum set out in sub paragraph (i) will be amended to read:
(i) Development Phase and Tournaments for U11 and above
i. For the Divisions of U11 and above Teams selected in the spring can run Team building activities with no exhibition games the last week of August. Following Labour Day Monday there is a twenty-seven (27) day Development Phase where teams may only practice and play a maximum of four (4) exhibition games and/or one Tournament in accordance with G4(i) ii.
Conditions of the Amended G4(i) Regulation
All U11 and above Teams must provide their schedules of practices and games to the OHF following the Development Phase to be reviewed and determine what the appropriate number of exhibition games and Tournaments should be allowed during the Development Phase for the 2024-2025 season.
