NOHA Recertification Clinic Information

This is a rule-change year, so attendance by all Officials is mandatory for both the online and in-person clinics.
To officiate tryouts, inter-squad games, and exhibition games, you must be registered for and have completed the appropriate online clinic.
STEP 1: VSC
Every season, you must sign a declaration on the VSC submission portal before you can register for a clinic if you are 18 or older. VSC Submission Portal:
Every three years, a new VSC must be completed. To update your VSC, click here.
STEP 2 Register for and complete the OHF Online Recertification Program:
-A Level 1 Official, 16 years of age and older as of December 31, 2025, registers for the online clinic as a Level 2
You must complete your online clinic before you can officiate tryouts, inter-squad games, or exhibition games.
STEP 3: Complete the Online Clinic Fee
Select the Clinic in which you are eligible to officiate to pay the fee.
STEP 4: Register for an In-Person Clinic
After registering for your appropriate online clinic, you must register for one NOHA in-person clinic.
The in-person clinic is at no additional costs for officials who have registered for the appropriate online clinic.
You must register for the specific in-person clinic you plan to attend.
Please select only one in-person clinic date.
Important: Registering for the online clinic does not automatically register you for an in-person clinic. You must complete both registrations.
STEP 5: Attend Your In-Person Clinic
Attend the in-person clinic you registered for.
Attendance is mandatory.
Bring any required equipment or materials as outlined by the NOHA.
The in-person clinic provides officials with the opportunity to review rule changes, participate in practical instruction, and prepare for the upcoming season.
STEP 6: Confirm Your Registration
Once you have completed the required registration, online clinic, and in-person clinic requirements, your officiating certification for the season can be confirmed.
Make sure your information in Spordle is accurate and that you are receiving NOHA officiating communications.
STEP 7: Spordle Play – Be Ready for Assignments
Officials must have access to Spordle Play to receive game assignments.
Watch your email for an invitation to Spordle Play and check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it.
Once you have access, make sure your profile is complete and that you are available for assignments.
You cannot be assigned games until you have the required registration/certification and access to Spordle Play.
