
NOHA Entry-Level Clinic Information
Welcome to the NOHA Officiating Program! Please follow the steps below to register as a new official for the 2026-2027 season.
STEP 1
Officials Under the Age of 18 Register for and complete Hockey Canada Officiating Program - Introduction
When you go to register, it will ask if officials are needed in your area – YES, the NOHA does. · Spordle Account Walkthrough

If you have already participated under the Hockey Canada structure, please do not create a new account but search for yourself as a participant.

You will need to submit a valid Vulnerable Sector Check before you can register.
1. Please visit this link first: Vulnerable Sector Checks (VSC) | Ontario Hockey Federation.
Link to letter for VSC application if needed.
2. You can upload a receipt from the issuing agency for your VSC to start the process. Please ensure that you upload the actual VSC when received to remain active.
3. Once you have your receipt for your VSC application or your VSC, please submit it to the OHF Screening Portal, Ontario Screening Submission Portal
It will take a couple of days for your VSC to be approved.
