Congratulations to NOHA Coach Alec Daviau for being awarded the Carnegie Medal as a Carnegie Hero!
A member of Kirkland Lake Minor Hockey Association and Englehart Minor Hockey Association, Alec Daviau risked his life to save a seven-year-old girl from drowning in freezing waters. Due to this act of bravery, both are alive today.
Coach Daviau has also received the OPP Commissioner's Citation for Bravery and the St. John Life Saving Award. The NOHA is proud to congratulate Coach Daviau on his awards, and to showcase his courage, alongside Kirkland Lake Minor Hockey and Englehart Minor Hockey.

The NOHA has extended the Tournament of Champions Host Application deadline to November 21st.

The NOHA has scheduled last chance clinic dates for the 2022-2023 season. If you require certification, please register for the appropriate course below or visit the Clinics Page.

Step 3: Once you are registered, you will receive an email from Technical Director Jacob Brown (jbrown@noha-hockey.ca) the day before the clinic; this email includes everything you will need to attend.

If you receive a notice upon trying to register saying “this clinic is not available for this member organization”, please contact jbrown@noha-hockey.ca
Full participation for each clinic is mandatory in order to obtain certification.
All Clinics require an on-ice follow up session.
The NOHA has also released additional mandatory on-ice follow up clinic dates for October and November 2022. If you are a Coach that has taken a clinic this season, you are required to attend the appropriate on-ice clinic with respect to the level of clinic you attended.
